- BOOKING PROCEDURE -

Bookings should be done well in advance, as they will only be confirmed upon receipt of the requested deposit and a completed and signed booking form. The deposit amount of 25% of the total cost should be paid to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation but will be counted as part of the overall payment.

Cancellations two weeks prior to your arrival or your reserved date, holds you liable for the payment of the amount due. The Centre reserves the right to accept more than one group at a time.

- RATES -

The rates are competitive and are inclusive of all meals, accommodation and use of the facilities. These rates apply whether the Bosco Ministry Team present the program or not and also on which facilities are requested and the size of the group:
1 Day with meals (Morning Tea & Lunch) = R60.00
1 Day with Teas but without Meals = R35.00
Breakfast or Lunch or Supper = R30.00
Weekend: Friday Supper – Sunday Lunch = R240.00
Overnight (30 hours) = R170.00
Overnight (24 hours) = R120.00
Recreational Area – Summer per day = R15.00
Recreational Area – Winter per day = R10.00
Overnight Camping (24 hours) = R20.00
